Right now that means Model Context Protocol integrations across every internal tool at a consumer-lending company, custom MCP servers where nothing off-the-shelf existed, and the vendor governance framework that keeps it accountable.

Leading the company-wide AI implementation program at a consumer-lending company — Claude Teams and Claude Code rolled out to ~75 people across engineering, product, support, UX, and marketing. MCP integrations deployed across internal tools including Jira and Confluence, with custom MCP servers built for the gaps.
